At Astral Embers Studio, every item is made-to-order, crafted just for you with a sprinkle of cosmic mischief. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “wrong size,” “changed my mind,” or “my cat doesn’t vibe with it.”

We do replace or refund items if they are:

🌙 Damaged in transit
🌙 Defective, such as printing gone rogue or broken items
🌙 Incorrect, for example, if we sent you a mug with the wrong spell on it

How to summon a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page (send a Raven). Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our mystical print partner to replace or refund your item.

Refunds and replacements:
If a replacement is sent but you would prefer a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

Return shipping:
Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is fully covered by Astral Embers Studio.

Lost or delayed packages:
Sometimes even magic cannot speed up the post. If your package seems lost or stuck in a time vortex, reach out and we will investigate with the print provider and carrier to get it back on track.
